Shanghai Shanghai! here I come!

Have a last minute trip to Shanghai. Any nice food or places to recommend? and where can I buy a map for our Garming GPS?

leaving on Monday so is like have to rush rush rush..hehe

Roland,

Long time no see you here ... I believe China maps have offsets built in. Even if you get the correct map,
your MY/SG nuvi or handheld may not function properly. I think either you get a Taiwan spec GPS or buy
one in China when you are there. Should be fairly cheap. Otherwise just get a China GPS there, use it
and when you get back, treat it as a MP3 player etc.

As for food, everything is good esp if you have never been there. Just try la, pick the shop with the most
ppl. You can't go wrong. as you may have figured out, I have never been to Shanghai hehe

yeah long time never log in here already..hope everyone here is good .

you are right maybe i should get one gps there , or just use google map cos I'll be there only one week with only a day or two to spare for leisure time.

for food too i think you are also right too say just try since I'm there , just like when i was in Taiwan i tried the bitter gourd milk shake !! :ko: haha
